TotalEnergies unveils Quartz Box and ELF Box, a new all-in-one solution for workshops

Professionals are confronted with a variety of problems every day in the course of their daily tasks, such as the ever-increasing demands of manufacturers and the technical evolution of engines. This results in an increase in the number of lubricants in their workshops, as well as taking up available space, in addition to forcing more commitment to waste management and the reduction of plastics. To address these challenges, TotalEnergies has developed the Quartz Box and ELF Box and their associated racks, a ready-to-use solution for workshops. The detailed product range is available in the price lists and will consist of 12 advanced TotalEnergies and ELF engine oils, covering the specifications and approvals of the main fleet manufacturers on the market.

Quartz and ELF Box, an all-in-one space-saving solution

The Quartz Box and ELF Box features an optimized, durable Cheertainer® inner packaging that provides high puncture resistance. Oil is stored inside it. Placed in a 20-litre cardboard box, the product is poured through a tap designed to maintain a high flow directly from the bag, reducing spillage and facilitating the work of the mechanics: it is safer and clean. Simple and durable packaging, the Quartz Box and ELF Box can be stacked on shelves, increasing space management in the workshop.

Quartz Box and ELF Box, an all-in-one solution to facilitate waste management

The Quartz Box and ELF Box are an eco-friendly packaging concept, designed to increase sustainability by using less plastics¹ and recyclable cardboard, while offering our customers an innovative storage solution and optimised logistics.

 With the same oil volume, the whole thing is 348 grams lighter compared to a traditional 20 liter container. The cardboard packaging itself has been designed to allow full (>99%) volume utilization, supporting the zero waste concept in the workshop.

 After use, the box and inner bag are removed from the stand and stored flat after crushing, so waste takes up less space and simplifies disposal. Since the Quartz Box and ELF Box can be completely flattened, the need for waste to be stored is significantly reduced compared to traditional rigid plastic containers with a capacity of 20 l.
